Spring-Summer Moodboard 2024

It's that time of the year again! I know it was a little delayed, but I have exams and a couple concerts I'm playing so I've been really busy. Anyways, I've finally created my new moodboard!

Here it is:

I sent a poll that readers took (thank you all so much!), and the top responses were "floral" for the theme and "pastel" for the color scheme. Now, I think this may be a little longer than my normal posts describing moodboards, but this was honestly a very fun and interesting board to create, so let me walk you through it!

First, I went color-scheme shopping. I found my scheme (look at the little color squares on the board), and while I felt it was on the darker edge of pastel, I really loved it, so I went with it.

When picking my pictures, I tapped into fairycore a lot. Instead of just using floral prints, I tried to find things that incorporated flowers in other ways, like embroidery or texture. As I'm sure you all know, I adore fantasy - so there's a little vibe of that in there too.

Ultimately, I didn't put in as many pictures as I thought I would, but when I printed the ones I had out, they just had a perfect vibe and I didn't want to add things that wouldn't fit it.

I even have a playlist for this. I think everyone knows I'm a swiftie, so it's all Taylor Swift :)
